Dear Consultant,

Assume four entities as 1) Traveler 2) Traveler's Manager 3) Travel Administrator 4) Travel Administrator's Manager.

Traveler's Manager is provided MSS. But Traveler is not provided with ESS. So the creation of trip request & approval is done on paper & thereafter Travel Administrator enters a Trip for the traveler in R\3. Here, the mail for approval is not expected to go from the System to anybody.

However the mail for approval is sent to the Manager of Travel Administrator which is irrelevant.

A002 is maintained between the (Traveler & his manager) & (Travel Administrator & Travel Administrator's Manager)

Suggest which relation is to be maintained with the traveler & Travel Administrator ?

Regards,

Bindumadhav

check in table T77Aw for the relationships or create your new one

or in the WF you can set this according to the rule

The standard system includes the following workflow templates for Travel

Management:

Approve Travel Request

Automatically Approve Travel Requests

Approve Travel Plan

Automatically Approve Trips

Approve Trip

Mail: Trip on Hold

Mail: Trip has been Settled

Mail: Trip has been Transferred to FI

and you can

modify this templates also for your own process within BUS2089 method.

Also, in PE03 please check TRVPA WRP settings also (see documentation

within this feature for various settings to trigger workflow event

depending on CHANGE status selected)

Please also check your email configuration in SOST.
