message out (rfq)

hi friends...

i have created RFQ, but when try to output message in ME9A,

i have entered all details, but i am getting a message, no suitable purchasing doc, found..

pls help...

Please make sure your configurations IMG-MM-Purchasing-Messages-Output control are all correct......particularly the message types for RFQ should all be maintained and defined properly (along with the processing routine and forms).

hi PP,

there are following chekc to be done;

1. chekc whther you have released your RFQ, if not Release it.

Note: if ur RFQ is not Release ant you are trying ME9A then system generate message "no suitable purchasing doc, found.."

2. whether you have maintained the message records using MN01 for Output type, if not maintained it.

3. it 1st the is properly chekced then use ME9A for print transaction.

Hi,

In ME41, at the top, in the line of release, vendor add, etc there is one tab message, just click it & select output, medium, -> click further data tab and select send immidiately under despatch tab.

then goto ME9A. Try it & revert back.
