When trying to close production orders in COHV, the logs are not generating to tell me what issues are preventing them from closing. The function has been working perfectly for the last 18 months or so, but just stopped 3 weeks ago.
I highlight the TECO'd orders I wish to close, go to Mass Processing, Settings, Function = Close, Execute Function Immediately, Execute Changes to Data, Save Log Always and execute.
I get a message at the bottom of the screen stating Mass Processing Executed - 0 logs created.
If I attempt to close in CO02, the error message does appear.
Logs do generate for other options, such as when setting the user status or TECO'ing the orders, but they will not generate for closing.
Has anyone seen this issue before or have any ideas that I can try? I have already cleared the cache and confirmed my access rights.

The symptom observed is probably a side-effect of note 3381631, which might have been introduced by a support pack in your system.
Please implement the following SAP note to fix this issue:
3492735 COHV: No logs stored for failed mass processing
