MD04 shows Double Confirmation AB + LA for Scheduling agreement.

Scheduling agreement shows double confirmation for AB +LA into MD04. As shown below Quantity 6 is appearing 2 times into MD04.

We are on S4 HANA 1909 version. 

It would be great help if you could help on resolving this.

Thanks for your reply. In order to apply permanent fix should we need to modify confirmation key configuration as it happening all the time?

Add new confirmation control from scratch using same settings and check system behavior. Standard recommendation is not to change settings from initial setup.
