MC+E Report - Inv.sales.report value is zero

When I run my MC+E Report, I m getting Inv.Sales Report value as "0".

But Sales & Billing Value has been displayed.

Please advise how to cross check this.

Hello mfarrikjamal

Key figure "Inv.sales: cost" in info structure S001 (technical name of the field S001-UMWAVWR0 is updated during SD invoice posting. The value is taken from the SD invoice item VBRP-WAVWR. See the update rules definition - transaction MC26:

However for SIS info structure update to work you need to customize update groups - SPRO: Logistics Information System (LIS) -> Updating -> Settings: Sales -> ...

The typical problem with SIS update is that statistic groups are not maintained in material master and/or customer master. These fields are optional in SAP standard configuration.

I'd suggest checking the following:

• Check if VBRP-WAVWR is populated in your SD invoices
• Check if statistics groups are maintained in material master and customer master
• Check if update group (VBRP-STAFO) is populated in your SD invoice
• Check update simulation with a SD invoice - transaction MCVV
