MC.9 Report - Last Recept Date not updated

Dear All,

In MC.9 report Last consumption, Last goods issue,Last goods movement,Last Receipt Dates does not display for one storage location.

I am running report for 03/2014 period.  If I take report for 04/2014 system shows all dates.

But there are many receipt in 03/2014.

then  How  you can  identify  that Last goods issue,Last goods movement,Last Receipt Dates does not display for one storage location.

then  check  in MB51 and  MB52   only  for  that storage  location

I have checked. There are many receipts in March, 2014.

There are 3 storage locations.

In two storage locations are old. There is no transaction since last 3 years in this 2 store location. The last receipt date display correct for this two storage location.

Now we are using FG01 storage location. In this location there are many receipt in March, 2014. But not display in MC.9.

I have checked S032, it contains only April, 2014 data only for FG01 storage location

Please compare your situation with the explanation from SAP in KBA 1710020 - Last date fields are blank in MC.* reports

Thanks for your reply.

In my case last receipt in FG01 storage location is on 05th April, 2014.

I am taking report for the period 03/2014  to   03/2014. So according to SAP Note 1710020, all four dates will be blank.

Actully report must show last receipt date in period 03/2014 (i.e. reporting period). In our case 31st March, 2014.

Auditor has raise the query. We have provided last quarter report which was showing last receipt date in same material. Now for this quarter it is blank.

Is it happening only for this material or for all material ?

Can you check for other material and other period ..

Show the KBA to the auditor, and explain him that he cannot get it under the given circumstances.

and if he still needs it then you have to develop an own report for this which needs time and costs money. 

I had always good experience and understanding auditors in such cases. They may still ask you to provide such a report for the next audit, but this gives you a lot time to develop such a report.
