Where there is difference in MB51 Qty in Un. of Entry and MB52 Blocked have difference.

MB52 is in base unit, MB51 can show quantities in base unit as well as in unit of entry.

If you want analyze your 371- from MB52 then you have to make the base unit field visible in MB51.

you could also directly check the change history in your material master, just in case the conversion ratio between base unit and unit of entry has been changed which could eventually cause the shown effect.
