dear all

plz go thru blow problem and plz help me to resolve...

scinario:-- i am selecting mb1a or mb11 by selecting plant ,mvt , and go to orders i am getting new screen where i mention PM breakdown maint order and i select adopt details, then a new screen appear with all details of PM order, like material code, qty, batch ..excepttttttttttttttt Costcenter...

and this field also showing GREY, so i cannt able to put costcenter manuaaly as well...

can anyone suggest me how to resobe this?? how can i get cost center by defalut which i maintain in PM order (IW31 tcode)??

or how can i make costcenter field as modifiable and Mandatory field??

Hi,

The cost center is no longer your account assignment when you use PM orders. The PM order itself is your cost collector, thus the PM order number is your account assignment..

Dear Sumit,

Try Transaction code OMBW-for changing the layout for Movement type and select required entry infront of cost center in additional account assignment TAB.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Hi,

The cost center field might have been suppressed for this transaction. To make it mandatory goto spro,MM,Inventory management &physical inventory,GIand transfer posting, define screen layout, select 261 GI for order and select on details. Click on additional account assignment, cost center field displays . Make it as mandatory. Thanking you.
