Materials/Production Order/Document Status Report

Former Member

Hello All,

I am trying to create a report that gives the following

Production Number

Material Number on Production Order

Document Number on Material (DRAW-DOKNR)

Document Status (TDWST-STABK)

I tried creating this in a join and have the tables for Doc Number and Docu Number on Material but I can't seem to find a match between the part number on the Production Order and the Document Number.

What table has the parts on a production order?

Thanks,

Linda

OK I have the Production Order and the attached BOM now all I need to do is add the DRAW and TDWST - unfortunately they don't have similar keys to do a join with what I just created. When I try to join with MARC it doesn't pull anything - doesn't like that join.

In order to get the Production Order and it'e related BOM use the following:

I created a join between tables AUFK and RESB

Output of the query looks like the following:

Order Type: AUFK-AUART

Order Number: AUFK-AUFNR

Plant: AUFK-WERKS

Material Number: RESB-MATNR

BOM Number: RESB-POSNR

In Order to get it into BOM Order all you do is sort on RESB-POSNR

The STKO and the STPO do not join with the Production Order AUFK - I am trying to join them using the MARC (Material Master)

When you go into a Production Order Header CO03 and Press F6 you go into the

Production order Display - Component Overview.

Is the STPO this list of Materials?

Thanks

Hi ,

AUFM gives the goods movement to an order , basically thr material document and may not necessarily BOM items. Normally 261 mvt will be used to issue BOM items but it may list out all the material document associated with an order,,say 262 , 201 etc.,

If you need BOM tables then STKO & STPO will work for you.

Thanks

I know how to get to the transaction code in SAP but I don't know what the table would be. WHen I do into View Production Order and look at the technical name under the component

I get RESBD under Struc and MATNR under Field Name but no table names.

I need the table name for the the component overview on the WO
