Material Stucked in 916

Dear all,

Material is stucked in 916 as delivery is deleted by mistakely before canceling TO.

So now to restore material back to Warehouse from 916 as i tried from LT01 & LT0G

but not happening.

Please give me some idea to resolve it.

what error did you get in LT01?

There is usually no exepcted problem with LT01

you have to use movement 999 and enter the source storage bin (916 xxxxx x= delivery number) yourself in LT01 and destination bin should be found according to the usual put-away strategy.

Dear Jurgen,

Exactly i had done the same az you suggested, but while doing LT01 system throws below error:

"Storage type 916 does not allow negative stock figures"

Az there is stock in 916 Interim Storage Type.

Please help me out to resolve it.

this error message is issued if your entered quantity is above the quantity or your quant.

Can it be that you missed the leading zeros for the dynamic bin?

bin number is 10 long, if your delivery number is just 8 long, then you have to enter 2 leading zeros.

The information entered in LT01 has to match exactly with the data you want move.

The issue has been resolved.

But when to make use of LT0G & LT01 to restore the material to warehouse ?

if you want to further use the delivery then you have to unpick with LT0G, e.g. you picked a wrong batch number, then you do LT0G to unpick and move the wrong batch number back to the bins, then you do a new pick to the same delivery.

If you dont want to use the delivery anymore, you can delete the delivery and move the material with LT01.

Hi,

Could you please tell me how the system is allowing to delete the delivery after TO confirmation? Anyhow cross check the error and do the reverse movement for the deleted delivery. I hope this will help you. Thanks

Dear Padamshri,

In my case it happens might be there was not control on delivery deletion for confirmed TO.

So now is there any solution to restore the stucked material back to Warehouse from 916.

As is it not possible via LT0G as delivery is deleted to restore back t0 916.
