Material PO text for services in PO

Hi,

I have created a PO which contains one service line item and also maintained the 3 services corresponding to PO line item. I have also maintained the "Item Text" for the PO line item. But the Item Text is not showing while printing the PO. Can anybody guide me on this.

Hi ,

You need to check if text status is * or blank in copy rules. Then check if ABAP has done necessary changes in smartform to fetch this copied text into output.

Also see that configuration is maintained in SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Messages- Texts for messages-Define texts for PO. Check for your PO document type for line item if the configuration is maintained.
