Hi friends
I have created material listing and material excluison. How i can delete or change item from material listing / material exclusion list.
Thanks
Dave
Hi dave,
Goto VB02, Select List/excl.type press enter, Select your customer and item/material which you are trying to delete, Execute(F8).
Select the line items which you are trying to delete, click on Delete icon located at the bottom left corner and save it.
I think this will resolve your issue.
Thanks,
Swamy H P

Hi Swami
Yes, i can delete item from the listing / exclusion, but how i can add another material in same listing. If try to add new material and save, all material which were already in the list delete and only new material which i added display in the list.
My question, if the are 8 items in the list, how i can add one more item in the existing one.
Dave
Hi Dave,
Below are the t-codes for material listing/Exclusion
VB01 - Create Material listing/Exclusion
VB02 - Change Material listing/Exclusion
VB03 - Display Material listing/Exclusion
1) If you want to create the record/records for material listing/exclusion:
(a) use transaction VB01 and select required the listing/excusion type
(b) click on the key combination
(c) Enter the information based on the key combination and save.
e.g. your key combination is "Sales Org + Customer + Product) then for the required validity period and for specific Sales Org and Customer you will enter say 8 products then click on save.
This way you will have 8 lines in listing for that combination.
2) If you want to delete any one line item from the above:
(a) use VB02 and select above listing/exclusion type.
(b) Click on the key combination and hit enter button
(c) Enter the information in the field (as in the point 1) and click execute button.
(d) Now you will get all the 8 lines in listing screen. If you want to delete only one line of them then select that line item and click on the "delete line icon' (located at bottom of that screen -showing as RED - button) and save.
This way you will delete only one line item and now there will be only 7 line items remaining in the listing.
3) You can see the above information :
(a) use VB03 and select required listing/exclusion type, click on key combination and enter the information based on key combiantion.
You can see now there are only 7 line items.
Now if you want to create another one then again use the VB01 and create the record.e.g. this time you entered 1 material and saved. Then there will be again 8 line items (provided period is same)
Note: To answer your question also check "Valid on" field. e.g. earlier if you have created listing doesn't come under valied on then it will not show it.
Below is just for your information :
Scenario: If there are many records created using VB01 for various filed values (e.g. various Sales Org /Customer etc) and you want to see them for "Valid on" date then -
(a) Goto VB03/VB02, enter listing/exclusion type
(b) Click on "Condition info" button on the left corner below the title bar.
(c) Do not fill any information and click on execute button (or F8), you will get the complete list.
If you want information filtered by specific key then enter that field (e.g. say Sale Org. 1000) in selection screen and then click on execute button.
I hope above will answer all your questions.
