material document cancellation

hi all,

as per screen shot,i want to cancel material document(4900534483), generated during 122 as this is wrongly enetered by user.

i have already use MSBT and MIGO.but system gave a message no.

Material document cannot be processed

Message no. M7130

is there any way to cancel this document?

check this OSS notes if you have done 122 through UD.

Or try with MB01

go to MB01 --> enter 123 movement --> enter PO number and save.. it will reverse the 122 movement

Check the material document how it is created ?.It could be created through  delivery.If the document is creted through the delivery then you can not cancel the material document through MBST ,You need to use VL09 transaction.

What was the transaction of which this 122 movement had posted ?

Is it through UD of Inspection Lot (QM module) or through some delivery ?

If it's through UD of inspection lot then first you need to cancel an inspection lot and then reverse the 101 movement using MB0A. And then again re-receiving the goods against PO, complete process.

you have to read the long texts to the messages (double click the message or click message)

it's long text explains why this message comes up. It says it was created with as a autoamtic movement, e.g. from a SD delivery . Automatic movements cannot be cancelled using MBST or MIGO transaction. you have to use the application specific transaction, e.g. in case of a delivery transaction VL09 to reverse a goods issue.

Try using of t.code:MIGO, Select-Cancellation,then enter the material document number created for movement type 122,

then click enter and just save the document, it will automatically cancel your document with movement type 123.
