Hi
i have a requirement where some components of a service BOm are being replaced from next month.The material is under warranty.The client wants that in future if any warranty claims come for replacement of components, if the BOM has the old components then they are replaced with old components and the new components with new ones.How to use material determination in relation to warranty and service order.Please guide.
Hi,
You need to maintain Old Item and New Item(On the basis of date ) as different Servise Items.Respectavily give Different SLoc to both materials.
