Mass Change in Price

Hi All,

I have a scenario as

At my client place, sales order is being made with certain quantity and price. Of which certain quantity is partially delivered.

Now, the basic price has been changed in VK12.

Now the client does the mass change for price in sales order, but in case of sales orders where there is partial delivery , the system should pick the updated price in original sales order.

( I can change the price for partial delivery item by updating the price button in Billing Document)

The new price should be updated in sales order for remaining delivery item in sales order.

Kindly help me on this....

Run one LSMW to carry out the new pricing.

Hi Shailesh,

you can choose to create further deliveries and billing documents as such and then can generate the retroactive billing documents ( Credit memo or Debit memo ) to balance in accordance with changed price.

You can take ABAPer help to develop BDC to convert the old price with new price which are are partially delivered.

use BDC to update the values, discuss with ur abaper he will help u.
