Manage Customer Hierarchies - Import customer Hierarchy

Hi Team, 

We  are seeking a method to bulk upload customer hierarchy, but we are unable to locate this option under the 'Import Hierarchy' feature in the 'Manage Global Hierarchy' app. Could you please confirm if it is possible to import customer hierarchy?"

Hi Jyothi,

The functionalities of the application "Manage Global Hierarchies" are mentioned in the Help portal below. I kindly request you to go through it, as it has also been explained in the video.

If the "Upload Customer Hierarchy" option under the 'Import Hierarchy' feature is not available, I kindly request you to submit a feature request for the same.
