I have Performance based Maintenance plans based on hours. I recently noticed that are not having Work Orders automatically called out on all the machines, and some of maintenance plans are now producing monthly objects instead of them depending on the measuring documents. When I checked on some of them I noticed in the Maintenance Cycle Plan tab that the cycles were entered as 250 h, 500 h....up to 2 000h. However, the Counter is now more than 6 000h and over that 2 000h.
Kindly how I can proceed in rescheduling them so that the plans start to kick out objects, for those that have stopped and those that are kicking objects periodically goes back to kick work orders as per the performance of the equipment
