Hi all,
We have equipment and that has two counters – Hours and Fuel consumption.
Maintenance order need to be created once it reaches every 1000 hours or 2000 liters. (Multiple counter - OR condition).
We created multiple counter plan.
Measurement reading entered as 1 for both counter and schedueld the maintenance plan.
Now counter - 241 value entered as 1001.
Call was scheduled as it reached one of the counter.
Now I updated counter - 240 value as 2100.
Now if I try to schedule the plan using IP10 and IP30. Error will come as Maintenance plan was not scheduled.
We are not able to proceed further. Please suggest the configuration or master data set up that I missed
If it was a standard behaviour. Kindly suggest us the alternative solution.
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
You may re- create new data and have some time gaps while entering readings; also, it may depend upon what is your annual estimate of those counters. Try with IP30 and IP10 both.
Thanks,
Priyanka Mishra
