Maintenance Order Planned Cost at the time of Order Release

Hi,

SAP allows to add spare parts after releasing the Maintenance order that results in change planned cost in order. Need a report that gives planned cost values at the time order was released. How it can be achieved ?

Hi Amit,

We have done this for a few clients.

Essentially we used a user exit (IWO10009) at SAVE event to put the planned costs in the estimated cost field at release.

The estimated cost field can not be edited after release, and it also appears in the IW38/39/72/73 transactions.
