LSO Question

Hi All,

I'm new to LSO and have been set a question. Is there a reason why leavers are still able to be booked on training coureses?

I'm sure its obvious, but any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

With respect to tranings for leavers depends on the company policy..

say for ex. i have safety trg going on which a leaver can also attend.

i mean to say i depends on the company policy and type of training. any training which is costing to company on an employee then the company definitiely wont allow.

Thanks for the info, but where in the system is this referenced? Is there a place in the SPRO where I can define the parameters that will / will not allow leavers to attend courses?

Leaver.. do u mean the employee leaving the company?

I need a solution for this thing. Can someone please provide me how u stop ex-employee to be booked in a course in ESS???
