Dear Gurus,
I am having a sales order for quantity 10 items and my scenario is MTO (20). Due to my production constrains... I can go for the production for 1 piece only. At a time I can not produce more than one item. So my MRP run should create individual planned orders (of quantity 1) for the total Sales order quantity. I tried with fixed lot sizing (lot size = 1). But still system is creating planned order for 10 items. What could be problem???
Regards.
Hi, please check in TX OMD7 or OMDY, the quantity in MAX.PUR.ORD.PR.(max ord ord propose). Change or leave blank that field and test MD02.
Change Material (mm02) in MRP FX , and fixed lot size 1

Dear,
One alternative solution is - you can go for EX, and system will create full qty planned order. Go for partial conversion of planned order to indivisual production order one by one.

Hi kodand,
Please check with lotsize settings of FX at OMI4.
MTO lot size = 2, may be in ur case blank.
Please try and comeback.
Please update your previous thread.

Hi Kodand.
Please check following settings.
SG for Planning material = 20
Sale order Requirement type = KE
Lotsize = FX & Fixed lotsize = 1 at MRP view of Planning material.
Settings at OMI4 for FX, under the section of lot size for the short term period
1.LotSizeProced.= S (Static lot-sizing pro)
2.Lot-size ind. = F (Fixed lot size )
3.MTO = 2 (Lot size as in short-term period)
Then run the MRP & planning mode=3 and check the result.
Regards
Pradeep
