Long Text for Esclation assessment task in QM01

We have a requirment, when a user selects a esclation assesment task and when the user clicks the create text button, the standard text should be copied into it.

Please let me know how can i resolve the issue.

There is one way which I can see,I never tried it but,

for long text you can create your own  " text object"(SAPscript standard texts) with text id "ST" (Standard Text) ---->you can add it text editor --->insert -->text -->standard ( cntl+shift+F5)

I am not sure how you can customize it permanently

Hi you can try creating the long text for the codes and define a follow up action so that the long text in task will be copied to task long text. And add the follow up action to the escalation tasks.
