List of PO's released by user

Hi All,

Is it possible to display the list of PO's released by a user xyz (here xyz does the first level of approval). In both ME28 and ME2N, there is no username and in me28, we can only input release code. Also, please let me know the backend tables which will store the release accordingly.

Hi,

1. you can look at the same Transaction ME28 where you can enter your release code together with flagging on the 'released' PO. This will list out all POs which have been released by using that release code.

2. Try ME2V

3.using table EKPO & CDHDR given date in selection screen

3.Use t.code:ME2N and Click Dynamic Selection and select "Subject to Release" & enter "yes" in Purchasing Document Header in Application Tollbar and execute and get the report of Release Not Yet Completely Effected For PO.

note: you also can select "created by" by entering your user ID & execute in   Dynamic Selection  with above option.You can chose your criteria & get report accordingly.

For all release PO list ,select "Subject to Release" & enter "no" & get the list.
