License "SAP Payroll Change Management"

Hi!

Has Anybody tested the tool "SAP Payroll Change Management"?

I'm trying to test, but the software need a license, the file "SAP Payroll Change Management Installation and User Guide" says: "Type in or copy and paste in the supplied license key" but does not says who o whom could supply me the license or where can I get it.

Does anyone has an idea?

If you found the setup file for payroll change management tool kindly let me know as I am unable to download it thru sdn.sap.com site.Any info on this tool will be very helpfull.
