license measurement on s/4 hana using abap

Hey Everyone

I would like to do license measurement using usmm_old transaction for S/4HANA .But when I try to do that, I couldnt find s/4 ent mgmt proffesional use section on price list. does Anyone know how I can add it to this section or how can I do license measurement thro ABAP?
