How to disable this License Information not to show permanently at the side after login SAP Business One version 10 Patch 2405?

We would like to explain this popup message can be disabled as of FP2111 as we expect, kindly refer to attached SAP Note 2970959 - License Balloon Behavior Enhancement.

System behavior prior to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2011:

You do not have an option to hide the license balloon if you do not want to see it. You need to manually hide it each time.

System behavior after upgrade to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2011:

A new checkbox Show License Information at Startup is added to the Users - Setup window (Administration → Setup → General → Users → Services tab). The checkbox allows you to set whether the license balloon will be displayed after logging on
