Leave quota generation regarding grades

Hi we are using leave quota generation regarding senority and employee grade.

We use feature QUOMO to set different generation rule for different grades.

If EE seniority is changed during the year entitlement is calculate correctly.

But if grade is changed during the year entitlement is set regarding grade valid at the begining of the year.

Example: Grade N entitlement 22 days, Grade M enitlement 24 days.

IF ee has grade N 1.1.2010 he gets 22 days, if he has grade M 1.1.2010 he gets 24 days.

But if employee change grade on 1.6.2010 from N to M default value for leave entitlement is not changed.

Any suggestions please?

Hi,

In order to automatically change entitlement you should generate time quotas via time evaluation (transaction PT60).

You can set up accrual on daily or monthly basis when all employee changes will be reflected in quota.

Hi we don't use time evaluation. We generate quota entitlement via repor RPTQTA00 and I just need entitlement to be change manually in IT 2006 by click on Default value.

We have set Accrual period Calendar year, base entitlement in yearly amount and Key date for seniority 'For exact day', Accrual entitlement is set as 'Pro rata calcualtion'pro rata

Do you mean that i have to change setting to daily Accrual period? Will it help? Or is there any other posibility to force system use QUOMO feature in the same way as seniority calculation ' For exact day'?

Hi,

Yes, change accrual period. It will also work with RPTQTA00.

Then you will have to schedule it respectively: daily or monthly.

All other settings leave as they are.

Make sure that Take account of Change of Work Center/Basic Pay is selected too.
