Hi experts:

I 'm still new in SAP world and I need your advice.My company want to implement(first SAP) Time Management module and they want me to get information about this :

i. Ability to automatically check and validate application against employee eligibility and leave balance.

ii. Ability to allow an employee to access his/her own entitlement, leave history and balance information.

iii.Ability to provide employee self-service access to allow employee to enter and submit online application.

iv.Ability to enable the supporter (immediate supervisor) and approver (next level supervisor) to access employee's entitlement, leave history and balance information, as well as support/approve the application.

v.Ability to capture comments/remarks entered by employee, supporter and approver.

vi.Ability to notify the employee immediately if there is any error in the requisition that needs to be rectified.

vii.Ability to generate and send notifications to all relevant parties through workflow and e-mail.

Does SAP provided all this. Can you eleborate one by one (include transaction and table involved) because I want to give presentation to my boss

Hello experts.

I just want to ask you about HAJ Leave. Actually at my country we have this type of leave(to go to Mecca as pilgrims). Does standard SAP provide this:

1 Ability to automatically check and validate application against employee eligibility and leave history.

2 Ability to enable an employee to access his/her own entitlement and leave history.

3 Ability to enable employee to enter and submit online leave application.

4 Ability to provide link in the application to supporting documents stored in

document management system for easy retrieval.

5 Ability to enable the supporter (HOD) and approvers (Administration Director ) to

access employee's entitlement, service records and leave history, as well as to

support/approve the application

6 Ability to capture comments/remarks entered by employee, supporter and

approver.

7 Ability to notify the employee immediately if there is any error in the requisition

that needs to be rectified.

8 Ability to generate and send notifications to all relevant parties through workflow and e-mail.

Can you give me details explaination about this (include table and transaction) as I still new in SAP world and have to give presentation. TQ

Hai..

Almost all the issues which u have raised is possible in SAP.. But make sure other modules which require integration are also being implemented at the same time....

Yes, the are possible. You can either customize or enhance. Use leave entitlement generation procedures and workflows to achieve the same

All those is possible in SAP . The major part of ur reqmt is done by the work flow consultant. Try to sit with ur workflow consultant and prepare ur presentation.
