Last GR date and lat GI date to be developed in the report

HI,

I want last GR date and last GI date to be developed in the report. I wl take the data from CKM3N.

Is there any easy way how to go about it?

Hi there

1. Last GR date,If the material is a Batch amanged material you can get the last Gr date from the Table: MCHA-(Field) LWEDT..

if the material is not batch manged,, Hope we can ref the MSEG based on the Movement types( Inward )/Material/Plant/Location for the last GR..

2. For the last GI date- Same we can ref the MSEG based on the Movement types( Outward )/Material/Plant/Location for the last GI..

I checked with below table MCHA by entering MATNR, WERKS and CHARG, but output is not coming in LWEDT.

Also in MSEG there is no such field of "last GR date"

Infostructure S032 holds the last receipt and last issue date.

Its batch managed and you have maintained characteristics and class for the same. You need to activate batch classification for Goods Movement in IM under lotictics --> batch management node. Make characteristics with table name MCH1 and field as LEWDT for last GR date. Assign this characteritics to class and this class to batch determination and batch check. When you go goods receipt this date will get automatically updated in the classification view and you can use any of the report like BMBC to get the details.
