Lapsing of leaves

Hi,

I have a scenario in time management. I have Privilege leave = 24 per year. This is accrued 2 per month. The leave is carried forward until a maximum accrual of 90 days. This much had been configured. But in case employee does not take a minimum of 7 leaves, it gets lapsed. So 7 lapses and maximum carried forward per year would be 17 (24-7). How can I configure the same?

Regards,

Rahul

Hi Rahul,

Using Standard Configuration you can not achieve this.

If you are not running Time Evaluation, then only option remains is Userexit. Try using Userexit(HRPTIM03).

I can use I believe. We are having -ve time management. I don't think we need to use in a normal scenario. But if we do, can something be done for this scenario.

The above Scenario can be met only if you are having Time Evaluation (useing Time Schema) This cannot be met with no time evaluation (RPTQTA00:Tcode PT_QTA00)

How would I do it if I am using Time evaluation? Should I still be implementing some user exit?
