KD506:Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA

I have posted cost on the WBS using on incorrect Cost Elements. I have transferred the cost from the CE in question to the correct CE within the same WBS.

Now when I am trying to run CJ88 on that WBS, I am getting error "Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA".

If the balance on the CE is Zero why is it still looking for that CE in the source structure.

How to resolve this issue.

I think I got the root cause of the issue. In the investment Profile the settlement is set to line item rather than summarized.

Because of this, even the balance on the CE is Zero it goes and checks line by line and hence it is failing. But if you do it at summarized level it works fine.

Hi Viraj,

Check in CJI3 whether there is any posting related to the incorrect cost element.

Also check the allocation structure whether the cost elements are properly maintained.

Project System - Costs - Automatic and Periodic Allocations - Settlement - Settlement Profile - Create Allocation Structure

In case if the incorrect are not maintained in the allocation structure, try to maintain it and execute CJ88 in text run to see how it behaves.
