in the maintenance order (IW31), I want to know in which table the operations and components data is saved?

I have the purchase requisition number and line item number and i want to find out the PM order number (I have this PM order value) and the operation / Component number for the same.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Vithal prasad,

The best way is to open an sql trace (st05 transactoon and run iw31 transaction). You can get all the relevant tables that are updated in the iw31 transaction.

For goods – to find out the Component Number

Query RESB table using EBAN-ARSNR and EBAN-ARSPS.

For services– to find out the operation Number

Query AFKO to find out AUFPL using PM order number and

Query AFVC using AUFPL and purchase requisition no and item no.

i have worked long back on PM. i think the data gets stores in one of the SD tables. U need to map the maintenance order to PM order using sales order.

this might be correct or not...just check
