IW23 malfunction report: link between tables QMEL and IFLO?

Dear all,

If you use transaction IW23 (Display PM Notification: Malfunction report), you'll notice in the Notification-tab that a Function Location can be given to the malfunction report.

My question is as follows:

What is the link between the malfunction report (table QMEL) and the Function Location table (IFLO)?

I have a hard-time finding it.
