Hi,

Is there any document which can explain how automatic account enteries work which we have defined at ITEM GROUP?

i.e. what is the use of Expenses Account, Revenue account, inventory account etc... from where account entry generates and where its neglifies..

Hi Vincent......

Actually its normal behaviour of SAP. it creates auto accounting JVs whenever you do the marketing document transaction........

Hi Rahul,

Right, I am talking about automatic behaviour of SAP.

I am asking any which describes the automatic nature of these enteries. i.e. Revenue account creates JE at the time AR Invoice.

There was an old document about these settings, but using the accounts is changed.

So the better is the on-line help. You can see under the Financials / G/L Account determination.
