Issue in create position through pp01

We are getting error while creating position in pp01

also in PPOCE we are not getting pop up for relation while creating position

Error during data collection

If config seems to be all fine, you may like to ask your ABAPer to check the RHSCRP00 program for the return statements.

issue closed , in table T77E0 " assignment to external objetcs"  one entry wa sthere which doesnt allow to create new positions

Any one plz chk what sthe impact if any entry is there, i mean whats this requires.

Dear SK,

Please find the details,

So you can directly create in production through tcode -pp01

T-code :- PP01 – Maintain object

Plan version – Current Plan

Object type- Organization Unit / Position / other (as per requirement)

Infotype Name

Object (Select) –

Time period – 01.04.2014 to 31.12.9999 (for example)

Then create

Object abbr -  Asst Mgr (for example)

Object name-Assistant Manager

Then save

After saving, system ask for this organization unit belongs to whom then give the ID of  organization unit 

In this way we directly create in production server  

have a nice day!

but when we do through eg: po13, its  giving error" eror during data collection"

This is belongs to Dates issue which you are assigning to O.U.

if you elaborate your issue more clearly at what stage you are getting error, is easy to understand and give suggestion.

in creation of  position PP01 stage

also already created positions (through data load)  teh name is not displaying.

IS there any integration swtch to activate

Hi,

To see the object's text you have to adjust the options under view on task menu
