Is there any BAPI or upload tool for model service spec creation using excel data

i Am looking for a functionality to create model service spec using data from excel file. Service spec includes outlines and multiple services under different outlines.Any  BAPI or any other tool to upload.Appreciate your inputs.

We use complex outlines, there was a post in 2010 about using FM. Looking for more info on using the FMs. Dhirendra Pandit and Vinod Nagre any input from ur side is. Appreciated

Dear jesurethinam,

There is no BAPI available for this data upload, you can use BDC Recording to create upload program for this.
