Dear SAP Support,
In Account Management - Activities
when we enter to edit a record, we can see the "Notes" field.
Is it possible to bring it in a report? Or there is another report we can find it?.

Visit the product page on the SAP Business ByDesign | SAP Help Portal.
Here you can find 2 useful documents:
1. Characteristic Indexes (this document describes the data sources in which the field is used).
2. Data Sources Documentation (this document lists all report data sources in the system).
You can check whether the required fields are in the data source provided by SAP. If not found in the document, this means that it is not provided by SAP.
