Is possible implement FI-TV in S4 hana? My customer does not want implement Concur for the high cost?

Hi Monika!

According to SAP NOTE 2976262, SAP FI-TV is not available if the ECC migration will be done to RISE. Just to confirm, as I know the SAP S/4HANA on RISE or outside of RISE is the same ERP. Are you know why we can´t execute the migration to S4 on RISE considering SAP FI-TV?
