As I come to know that Investment management is not available on S4 Hana system. What is the other component SAP has provided to address business processes of investment management currently available on ECC system ?

Investment Management is still available in S/4HANA Private Cloud or On-Prem.
IM has been around along time but any recent development has been on PPM. Look into EPPM.
