inventory problem

our implementation team have mapped inventory consumption to work in progress ledger instead we want it to be mapped to consumption ledger.please help

Hello U Bhat - your General Ledger is set in the General Ledger Account Determination. However, to help you out, you might need to provide a bit more information:

1. What version and patch level are you on?
2. What is the setting for your products in the "Set Inv Method By" (on the Inventory Tab of the Item Master Data Record)?
3. Are you using Advance General Ledger Account Determination?

This will help greatly to getting a resolution to your question...

Okay Ubhat - thank you much. Then does your question really deal with BatchMaster, and not SAP B1??? As I understand it, BatchMaster is a Third Party / Software Soltion Provider Add-On. BatchMaster probably handles all of the GL postings (similar to BEAS and other add-ons which take over the processing of Production and Inventory).

I apologize but I am not familiar with BatchMaster - not much help here!
