INTRASTAT report is a statistical report that includes all Cross-border flow of Goods between EU countries. There are 25 countries that are part of European Union. As per EU law, INTRASTAT report for ARRIVALS (Purchasing) and DISPATCHES (Sales) need to be submitted by each business organization that do cross-border trasfer of Goods between EU countries.
MEIS is the tcode for INTRASTAT Arrivals report
VE01 is the tcode for INTRASTAT Dispatches report
You can use the following transactions that will open up a wizard to carry out the necessary configuration set-up for sucessfull creation INTRASTAT reports
WZFT01 for Arrivals & WZFT02 for Dispatches.
In addition to the above two, you may have to do some configuration under Periodic Declaration under Foreign Trade data link for MM & SD configuration tree too
