Intrastat Declaration Job Not Picking Up Entries in S/4HANA 2023 On-Premise

Hello SAP Community,

We are working with S/4HANA On-Premise, Release 2023, and are encountering an issue with our Intrastat declaration.

We have goods receipts and goods issues recorded with EU partners. Invoices have also been issued, though I understand that this might not be relevant. However, the job for generating the Intrastat declaration is not picking up any items. There is no error message being generated. What could be the reason that no positions are being captured in the Intrastat declaration job? 

One more thing about the POI: In newer releases a POI can be linked to a business partner. Is that field necessary for our process? The POI we created is not linked to a business partner.

Sorry @Loes, eventually it worked, but I can't remember what we did to solve it. However, the business partner was not part of the solution
