Hi Srini
Impact of status on IO:
REL: IO is open and can be used with transactions
TECO : IO is technically complete. Transactions already in process can be completed and No new transactions can be made
CLSD : Internal Order is closed. No transactions can be made.
User status
Status set by the user to complement the system status for a status object such as an order header. User can only use a user status from a status profile, which is normally defined in Customizing and assigned to the relevant status object. User statuses allow user to extend the control of business processes managed by the system status. User can set and delete user statuses manually during business processes. Displays which user status the request is in.
Hope this helps
Thanks
