Installing SDK with Visual Studio 2005

Hello every body

I haven't ever worked with .NET.

Since Monday I have been trying to install the B1 SDK without any success.

I have VS 2005 and SAP Business One installed correctly. They're running

and one can work with.

as far as I read in an article, I should have an opportunity to choose an

B1 Add-On Project between other C# or VB projects. That's what I cannot

obtain...

I am looking for SAP C# code samples in VS2005 and Win Form with look and feel as SAP Business One.

Thank you for your help. It was a mistake of mine. I've installed the B1DE and can use it now. The specific project icons are available now, too.

the problem I'm facing to:

I downloaded the SDK for VS 2005 (https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/softwaredownload?download=/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/business_packages/a1-8-4/business%20one/b1de_13_version_for_visual_studio/b1desetup_2005_1.3_vs2005.zip)

After that I run the msi file getting the SDK installed. I became a message that it was installed succefully. But when I open the VS I don't see ANY SB1 project templates. And no add-ins in the add-in Manager of the VS.

Hi Vadim,

When you install SDK it will not create any project templates in .NET IDE. SDK is software development kit which contains some DLL that can be used in Add-On Development. It exposes UI and DI objects. This will also create samples in your SAP Folder.

B1DE is Business One Development Environment which will create icons in .NET IDE that have wizards to generate installer and Code.
