Inspection by configuration

What steps need for inspection by configuration.

My requirement is sales person create sales order with required characteristics ,that characteristics should flow in inspection lot how to map this business.

that characteristics called as TDS.

Can any body done this business kindly guide me how to do

Dear

While creating the characteristics value in CT04 in restrictions u need to enter class type inspection type code groups selecction sets and assign these values in class also in Material then after enable qualitative in master inspection characters there u need to click on the classification there u need to enter the Class what ever u have created and save

1.CT04 in restrictions assign class types 023 , 005, 006 , 007 , 008 , 300

2.Create a Class Cl01

3. Assign this Class to Material

4. Create MIC with Qualitative

5.make usage Decision based on Class & characteristics Values

till date i didn't get any positive respond
