Incorrect Balance Sheet Preview

When one of our Users executes the SAP Balance Sheet Report (in SAP B1 8.8) the results are displayed correctly. However, when he clicks on the "Preview" icon the report values shown are totally different and wrong. The report is a custom PLD report. However, for all other users the "Preview" using the same report shows correct values.

As such the problem occurs only for one user and that too only for Balance Sheet report "Preview" The user definitions were checked and found to be OK.

Anyone has any idea on the possible cause of this problem? Thanks.

Hi

you should check if this user has different PLD as default for this report

Hi,

The user had set correct default report. However, I changed the default report from correct report to another report; and then changed the default again back to the correct original report. And that worked.

Thanks to every one here for your help and support. I close this case now.

Hi,

This is may be due to authorization problem for particular user. Please post screen shot incorrect balance sheet here.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi

check the formulas in the PLD, surely one of them is associated with a field to hide it.

Kind regards.

Hi,

Thank you for your quick reply.

The PLD does not have any UserID based data hiding. The user was able to execute and Preview the same report correctly until end of March 2014. But since April 2014 the report display is OK but the Preview is wrong. And, no change was done to the report since the end of March 2014.

Hi

Do you obtain the preview with a template or the standar char of account?

If you are using a template, try with the standar one and check it there is any difference between the preview and the PLD.

Kind regards.
