Inactive Condition type in purchase order

Dear Expert,

Im creating PO, and the price for gross price (PB00) showing inactive or not calculated in condition tab

and the problem caused by, i created condition tye ZBM04 for shipping price. when i empty ZBM04 price value then gross price normally calculated.

here i attach the screenshots.

is there any suggestion to make ZBM4 and PB00 values count together in condition tab without changing condition class?

Logically it is not possible that one material is having two Price elements. Its good if you can use ZBM4 as discount or surcharge rather than Price.

Please explain your requirement and accounting impact at the time of GRN and Invoice.

Hello Wahyu Dimar,

                               As per SAP standard functionality there are TWO condition types for gross price (PB00 & PBXX), If you enter price manually in PO then manual condition (PBXX) will come in condition tabs of PO else price will get fetch from condition record automatically through (PB00 which contain access sequence).

In your case maybe you have maintain access sequence for both condition types or removed access sequence for both condition types. Due to which system gets confused to pick correct condition that is maintained in your pricing schema.

Hi, You did not attach the condition schema . Please check your condition is properly assigned to the PB00 throiugh the step and counter etx for the calculation . Regards,
