In SAP 8.82 PL06, PO,if added thru diapi, does not trigger approval process

Hi,

I have SAP 8.82 PL06.

I have set up PO approval process.

I am generating PO through DIapi.

This PO does not triggers PO approval process.

It directly gets added to system.

The PO should go for approval if PO amount > 0.

That is I am using one of the system predefined conditions to trigger PO approval.

ALL help is appreciated

You have to activate this functionality in the AdminInfo Object.

Hi

I have already activated setting "EnableApprovalProcedureInDI" in SAP B1.

i.e.

setting is ticked under

System initialiazation -> General settings -> BP

      Activate aporval procedures in B1

        Activate approval procedures through DI

Still po appproval not auto triggered through DIAPI

Yes

If PO is done through SAP B1, it goes for approval.

But thru diapi, it does not.

Hi,

Are you using any query in  'TermsBased on User Queries'  in Approval Template setup. Then It won't work. If you set 'Always' then it will work.
