In-process inspection result recording mandatory before operation wise production order confirmation

Hello Experts, 

Could you please advise on the below requirement in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

1. Making In-process inspection result recording mandatory before operation wise production order confirmation.

2.  How to control yield quantity based on the rejected quantity in result recording for In-process inspection (please advise any BAdi available for this requirement).

3. Automatically post the rejection quantity recorded in in-process result recording to scrap using any BAdi (please advise on the methodology to achieve this requirement).

In configuration "define confirmation parameter" make operation sequence "error when operation sequence is not adhered" and results record (QM) "Error message if no inspection results exist" for QM results recording mandatory against the production order type.

 Each inspection character will have different accepted and rejected qty. Hence, automate the confirmation based on inspection results recording might not be a good approach.
