Hi,

FRB1-Frieght Value

FRC1-Freight Qty.

For maintaining the separate G/L accout for freight cond,

Assign the Account key(FRE) at Pricing procedure and maintain G/L account

for this Account key at OBYC-Account Determination.

Define Calculation Schema: T – Code: M/08

In this step, you define the calculation schemas.

In the MM area, a calculation schema - a framework of steps used to calculate or determine something - is used among other things to calculate costs, prices, period-end rebates, and taxes.

In the calculation schema (pricing procedure), you specify which condition types are to be taken into account in which sequence.

In the price (or cost) determination process, the SAP System automatically determines which calculation schema is valid for a business transaction and takes into account, one after another, the condition types it contains.

In the calculation schemas, the field "Subtotal" must contain the following values in the following lines:

Gross value: 9

Effective value: S

If the interim total 'S' is not set, the PO values cannot be updated in the Purchasing Information System.

Hi,

It is known to you that the frieght is the component of price when ever you are going to purchase a product. If the product has to reach you of which you have purchased, will be levied by frieght by your vendor in order to send this product to you.

Frieght will be levied based upon the quantity or as percentage basis on the price of the product.

To map up this scenario in sap ,the condition type called friegt is used.

At spro -materials management-purchasing-conditiosdetermine proce determination processdefine condition types you can define condition types.

You can define the GL accounts for frieght at spro-materials management-valuation and account assignmentaccount determinationaccount determination without wizard--configure automatic postings.

You have to check the box for gl account in schema.

This is the procedure for remaining condition types.
